Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival at Rann Utsav – Dhordo

Transfer from Bhuj Railway Station/Airport to Rann Utsav, Dhordo on fixed timings, with individual transfers available on request at an additional charge → Welcome & check-in at Rann Utsav – The Tent City (early check-in subject to availability) → Lunch at the respective dining area → Leisure time and activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery and Kutch Craft live demonstration area → Hi-Tea → Visit Sunset Point & White Rann with transfers by bus, camel cart or combination → Return to Rann Utsav → Dinner → Enjoy Kutch culture and entertainment at the Cultural Activity Area.

Day 2 — White Rann – Kala Dungar – Gandhi Nu Gaam

Morning Tea → Rejuvenating Yoga Session → Visit Sunrise Point to witness the sunrise over the White Rann → Breakfast → Leisure time and activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery and Kutch Craft demonstration area → Lunch → Complimentary excursion to Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point of Kutch → En-route visit to the handicraft village Gandhi Nu Gaam → Tea/Coffee & light refreshments during the journey → Dinner → Enjoy Kutch culture and entertaining activities at the Cultural Activity Area.

Day 3 — Dholavira – Road Through Heaven

Morning Tea → Rejuvenating Yoga Session → Breakfast → Leisure time and activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery and Kutch Craft demonstration area → Lunch → Depart for Dholavira (approx. 105 km / 2 hours) via the scenic Road Through Heaven, surrounded by the vast white landscape → Visit Dholavira Archaeology Museum & Excavation Site, one of the best-preserved Harappan cities, showcasing ancient urban planning, water management, trade and social systems → Tea/Coffee & light refreshments → Enjoy a breathtaking sunset along the Road Through Heaven → Return to Rann Utsav – The Tent City → Dinner → Cultural activities and entertainment.

Day 4 — Departure from Rann Utsav – Bhuj

Morning Tea → Rejuvenating Yoga Session → Breakfast → Check-out from Rann Utsav – The Tent City with happy memories → Depart by bus towards Bhuj → Complimentary visit to Swaminarayan Temple & Kutch Museum → Continue onward to Bhuj.

Day 5 — Bhuj Sightseeing → Departure

Breakfast → Check-out from hotel → Visit the historic Aina Mahal Museum → Visit the magnificent Prag Mahal → Lunch → Transfer to Bhuj Airport → Flight back to Delhi → Tour Ends with Beautiful Memories

Booking & Cancellation :
No changes permitted once the tour starts.
Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations for personal reasons are chargeable as per policy.
No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
Final itinerary will be provided after confirmation.
Bank card payments are subject to additional charges as per the bank’s policy.

Baggage & Responsibility:

Payment Policy
Booking amount - 50% of the total amount
Balance - 45 days before the departure
Cancellation Policy
61+ days: 10% of total package cost
31–60 days: 25% of total package cost
15–30 days: 50% of total package cost
0–14 days: 75% of total package cost
No-Show / Day of Departure: 100% of total package cost
Non-Refundable Components: Visa fees, airline tickets, and advance hotel deposits may be entirely non-refundable regardless of the above slabs.
Chargeback Waiver: Traveller agrees not to initiate any credit card or payment gateway chargeback. All disputes must go through arbitration (Section 10).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
