Itinerary

Day 1 — Delhi → Bhuj

Arrival & Leisure | Meet and greet at Delhi Airport, proceed for baggage submission and board your flight to Bhuj, arrive at Bhuj Airport, transfer to the hotel, check in and relax, enjoy leisure time, followed by dinner and overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 2 — Bhuj → Dhordo

Rann Utsav – Tent City | Enjoy breakfast, check out from Bhuj and drive to Dhordo, visit Banni, Ludiya and Khavda villages en route, arrive at Rann Utsav – Tent City, enjoy a warm welcome and lunch, explore the Craft Market and Art Gallery, enjoy leisure activities, visit the White Rann for a mesmerizing sunset, experience cultural folk dance and music performances, followed by dinner and overnight stay in a Premium Tent.

Day 3 — Rann Utsav

Kalo Dungar Excursion | Enjoy morning tea and a yoga session, visit Sunrise Point for White Rann views, have breakfast, explore Skyzilla, Craft Market and Art Gallery, enjoy lunch, proceed for an excursion to Kalo Dungar, the highest point in Kutch, stop at Gandhi Nu Gaam, return to Tent City, enjoy cultural performances, followed by dinner and overnight stay in a Premium Tent.

Day 4 — Dhordo → Bhuj

Road to Heaven & Temple Visit | Enjoy breakfast, check out from Tent City and drive through the scenic Road to Heaven, continue to Bhuj, visit Swaminarayan Temple, enjoy free time for shopping if time permits, check in at a 4-star hotel, followed by dinner and overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 5 — Bhuj Sightseeing → Departure

Enjoy breakfast, check out from the hotel, visit Aina Mahal Museum and Prag Mahal, have lunch, transfer to Bhuj Airport, board your flight back to Delhi and conclude the tour with beautiful memories.

Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
Room type allocation (Twin / Double) is at the hotel’s discretion.
Single occupancy charges apply if no roommate is available.

Guests are requested to keep expectations realistic.

Booking & Cancellation :
No changes permitted once the tour starts.
Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations for personal reasons are chargeable as per policy.
No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
Final itinerary will be provided after confirmation.
Bank card payments are subject to additional charges as per the bank’s policy.

Baggage & Responsibility:
Travelers are responsible for personal baggage and belongings.

Weather conditions
Unforeseen events
Lost baggage or theft

Payment Policy
Booking amount - 50% of the total amount
Balance - 45 days before the departure
Cancellation Policy
61+ days: 10% of total package cost
31–60 days: 25% of total package cost
15–30 days: 50% of total package cost
0–14 days: 75% of total package cost
No-Show / Day of Departure: 100% of total package cost
Non-Refundable Components: Visa fees, airline tickets, and advance hotel deposits may be entirely non-refundable regardless of the above slabs.
Chargeback Waiver: Traveller agrees not to initiate any credit card or payment gateway chargeback. All disputes must go through arbitration (Section 10).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
