Day 1 — Arrival in Colombo
Transfer to Kandy | Arrive at Colombo Airport, drive to Kandy, visit the renowned Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage en route, continue to Kandy, and enjoy an overnight stay.

31–60 days: 25% of total package cost
15–30 days: 50% of total package cost
0–14 days: 75% of total package cost
No-Show / Day of Departure: 100% of total package cost
Non-Refundable Components: Visa fees, airline tickets, and advance hotel deposits may be entirely non-refundable regardless of the above slabs.
Chargeback Waiver: Traveller agrees not to initiate any credit card or payment gateway chargeback. All disputes must go through arbitration (Section 10).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
